Lead Web Analyst Online Luxury Retailer Global luxury fashion retailer Strong family feel environment, sociable and friendly Ambitious growth plans – exciting time to join LOCATION – Tunbridge Wells, Kent SALARY – £40k – £50k plus excellent benefits Working as part of a large, stablished in house marketing function you will take a lead on the delivery of actionable insights, through the use of web analytics techniques, within an omnichannel environment. This international e-commerce luxury retailer is looking to continue growing it’s customer behavioural understanding and in turn building loyalty and retention with its customer base. You will manage a team of two Web Analysts, as well as working closely with other team members including BI Analysts to develop insightful reporting process and automation. You will be proactive in identifying potential issues and areas for improvement in relation to reporting for the business, as well as staying up to date with the latest tools and trends in digital analytics.
