Coach Builder SF26617 Walsall Salary Up to £27,539.20 Depending on experience About the role Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit a Coach Builder to join the team. The purpose of this role is to conduct coach building and the conversion of new and used vehicles. Complexity will vary from basic lining to full vehicle conversion. Duties include but are not limited to the stripping and fitting of all types of commercial vehicles. What do I need to do the role? You'll need to be educated to G.C.S.E standard or equivalent Would also like you to have experience in all or some of these areas: Experience of Vehicle conversions Experience of general wood and metal work General mechanical knowledge Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to act as a credible representative of the company to external parties. Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve desired results. Highly skilled with various types of tooling Lastly experience of working in an automotive / engineering environment is desirable. What else do I need to know? All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK and be subject to satisfactory security clearance which includes 3 years reference checks. Verification of any qualifications/passport/licences must be shown at interview stage. This role may be considered for flexible working.
