Refuse Loader / 3.5 t driver
Overview
Smart Solutions Recruitment are seeking Refuse Loaders/ 3.5t Driver to fill temporary on-going positions in Corby . The ideal candidate would have experience of working with Waste and Recycling or similar and its health and safety systems with flexibility and willingness to be involved in all aspects of the operation. Responsibilities of the Refuse Loader: - Loading/ unloading residential kerb side refuse & recycling collections and/ or Street Cleansing. - Co-operate with management and team to ensure job is complete at end of the day. - Work to health and safety, environmental and other standards as they apply to the process. - Work to timescales and deadlines. - Practice workplace safety. - Perform all other duties as needed. Requirements of the Refuse Loader: - Ability to work in a team based environment - Flexibility and willingness to be involved in all aspects of the operation - Ability to work well unsupervised, manage time effectively and be self-motivated - Must be polite and cooperate with the public, representing the company with manners and behave well at all times - Ability to work outdoors in the sun or rain - Ability to walk, bend, kneel and stand for long periods of time and perform heavy lifting. Should have a positive attitude to a physically demanding role. - Full induction, personal protective equipment and training will be provided - Driving License is valuable This is Monday to Friday position.
