Venn Group | Housing Interim Customer Contact Supervisor – Urgently Required Hours: Full time Location: London Rate: £25 - £30 per hour Duration: 3 – 6 months Our client, a well-renowned local authority, is currently seeking an experienced Customer Contact Supervisor to manage a Customer Contact team providing frontline support to people who are at risk of homelessness. Responsibilities: Manage a team offering proactive housing advice to households who are homeless or at risk of homelessness Supervise performance and ensure that clear targets are made and worked towards Deal with and escalate any complex cases appropriately and ensure that enquiries are dealt with swiftly and sensitively Essential experience: Working within a contact centre in a local authority setting dealing with homelessness clients Evidence of managing a team of contact centre officers effectively Working with clients from a background of domestic violence and/or relationship breakdown If you have experience to match the requirements, or if you would like more information on the role, please contact Jason Woodhouse on or send your CV to Venn Group’s “Recommendation Scheme”: if you recommend a candidate who is subsequently placed by Venn Group (for a minimum of 2 weeks) you will be eligible for £25 worth of vouchers from a choice of high street organisations.
