Overview
Our client is one of the worlds largest investment firms, and they are seeking a Senior HR Specialist to join their growing innovative and collaborative HR team. They are based in trendy offices within the heart of the City. In this role you will get the opportunity to lead on strategic HR projects that will aim to improve operational HR processes. You will act as the local subject matter expert on the Workday system for the business, building and maintaining strong working relationships with the global HR technology team. You will also provide support on HR communications as needed, including intranet design, and improvement and delivery of the training programmes for core HR systems and processes for the wider HR team. You will also run all HR data, analytics and reporting requests for the region, so strong Excel skills are key. You will likely come from an HR or HR Systems background, with experience in HR Operations and/or HR Analytics. You will ideally have experience of the Workday HR System or a similar cloud based system. You will be passionate about making a difference in your role, you will be able to work in a dynamic environment and keen The role is paying up to £60,000 plus benefits.
