Overview
We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivables Team Leader, to join a Large Service Provider on a permanent basis in a well-established company based in the city centre of Manchester. Reporting to the Commercial Credit Manager, you will manage the daily activities of a large, dynamic team, responsible for providing a professional end-to-end service to both internal and external customers. Responsibilities include: Act as the primary escalation point for all Account Manager and Commercial Finance queries Pro- active management of the ledger to ensure SLA's and target are achieved Issue various reports to the business including overspend and workflow reporting Manage and coach the team; identify any development & training requirements, conduct 1-to-1's, ledger reviews etc. Stakeholder management- build relationships and improve ways of working Pro-actively identify improvements for systems, processes and ways of working to ensure efficient business operations Active involvement in internal and external audit, ensuring controls are in place across the team and processes are regularly reviewed Identify root cause and corrective action when required The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience within a similar AR/ query resolution role, with team management experience.
