The focus will be on the VitalityLife Retention area including the product knowledge, retention processes, and systems awareness which is required to be competent in that role. The role will also cover an awareness of VitalityHealth Retention systems to occasionally support L&D interventions in that area. Responsibilities as our Learning and Development Consultant: - Have the full awareness of product, systems and process to be a subject matter expert in that area - Continual immersion and contact with VitalityLife Retention teams, in order to effectively run inductions and identify other development areas for existing team members - Agree appropriate learning and development plans for further upskilling business areas with a variety of stakeholders across different distribution teams - Maintain an internal network to ensure that distribution teams are made aware of, and trained on key systems developments in a timely way - Participate in project forums, bringing their own experience and expertise in helping shape future systems/process developments. - Occasional support for other Retention Teams training requirements within VitalityHealth teams - Maintain L&D materials relating to this department including training manuals, training notes, process guides, slides etc - Participate in other team activities as required. To become our Learning and Development Consultant, you will have the below skills and experience: Essential - Full knowledge and experience of the training cycle - Stakeholder & People management - Presenting to large audiences in a reactive environment - Design and delivery of branded content - Experience of working in a regulated environment - Confident with delivering systems / process training, and coaching others in this Desirable - Experienced working in project environments - Clear and effective communication - both written and verbally at all levels - Ability to prioritise workload and adhere to deadlines - Good administrative and personal organisational skills - Good IT skills / ability to use Microsoft Office and Excel Closing Date: Friday 20th March 2020 Working for Vitality , you'll experience an exciting mix of creativity and innovation, within a framework of challenging objectives and a passion for delivering the best.
