Community Learning Disability Nurse Your new company Hays Healthcare are looking to recruit a Community Learning Disability Nurse, based in Stockport. The post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in supporting individuals with learning disabilities. Also to provide a safe, effective, responsive, efficient, timely, community nursing service to people with learning disabilities, their families and carers.
