Overview
My client are going through a services desk transformation and is looking for a Service Desk Manager to come on board and help with the day-to-day service desk tasks, as well as having the experience to play a part in a complete new service desk role out. You should come from a service desk background and have some managerial experience. This role will be a mixture of hands on and hands off. The role is offering £200-£300 per day depending on experience. The role is initially until the end of July, with a view to extend. Please note, the role is in-scope of IR35.
