Service Desk Manager, confirmed until the end of July. £200 - £300 pd (depending on experience) INSIDE IR35 I am currently recruiting for a Service Desk Manager to be based in Usk on an initial contract until the end of July with the potential of extension. This role has been deemed in scope of IR35 and I am able to offer £200-£300 per day depending on experience. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the Service Desk and an escalation point for the team. You will able manage ticket queues and ensure SLAs are adhered to. The client is also starting to look at a new Service Desk solution which may involve tendering and data cleansing. You will also go out to other business users to understand what works well on the Service Desk and what they would like to see from a new Service Desk.
