Overview
Engineering Machine Assembly Shop Manager Mansfield £28-32K dependent on experience To manage all aspects of a special purpose machinery assemble line. Staff build management, including time effectiveness and quality issues. Ensuring development of machine build operational documentation. Preparation and planning of parts delivery, to the assemble line, quality inspection of parts prior to assemble. Liaison with Design and planning departments. Final machine inspections for Quality Control issues. Member of the Research and Development team. Personal Ability and Skill sets. Applicants should have a wealth of differing engineering skills, from Machine shop, Electrical Engineering, Staff Management. Needs to be a hands on Departmental Manager with Management skills or interest to develop. Will have a proven and relevant Engineering training certification.
