Mortgage & Protection Adviser (office based) - One77 Mortgages - Chippenham Basic salary up to £25K (based on experience). Realistic first year OTE £40K - £60K We are a multi award-winning Mortgage Advisory firm who are looking to recruit experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisers. This is a role within a phone-based mortgage practice We have grown rapidly since our inception 9 years ago and have increased in both size and reputation year on year. We pride ourselves in knowing all our advisers are recruited for their potential ability and attitude Due to this rapid expansion there is great potential for an individual to grow with-in the role and the training and development we offer means you will be able to deal with all property finance requirements The right candidate for this role will have: A good understanding of the role of a mortgage adviser CeMap qualified Ability to carry out a full fact-find to determine client circumstances and requirements. This will include assessing the client’s budget and determining their affordability by evaluating bank statements and income documents Skills required to source suitable mortgage and protection solutions by matching the client’s requirements and ensuring the client’s case and circumstances meet the lenders criteria Reasoning skills to present the recommendation to the client and going through the process in a clear and concise manner In return, we offer: All leads provided Full administration team who will submit your applications as well as carrying out full case progression on your behalf Dedicated initial and on-going training A fantastic place to work and grow along with progression if you want it and earn it.
