Remortgage Conveyancer - Home Working
Overview
Due to continued growth, this award-winning firm is looking for an experienced remortgage conveyancer to join their dedicated and specialist department. Based in Chippenham, you will be joining a fast-paced team with up-to-date case management systems that support the smooth running of conveyancing matters. You'll work alongside conveyancers/fee earners and be responsible for handling a full caseload of remortgage files from inception to completion. Your caseload will include: Title checks Reviewing leases Handling registered and unregistered remortgage files Dealing with transfers of equity. You must have a minimum of 12 months experience in handling a high volume caseload of remortgage matters, ideally dealing with at least 300 cases at a time.
