The team coordinator will be managing rotas, helping provide support to staff and clients and develop support plans to provide the best care possible. You must have great communication skills and be very organised with a good knowledge of CQC and Learning Disability. The role includes taking charge of the staff team, ensuring that the highest care standards are maintained and taking charge of the day to day running of the home.
