Overview
Our client - a growing unique pub group in 2020 in Surrey and the South East are currently looking to recruit a Head Chef. The sites are focused on fresh food to a rosette level standard, and would be looking for a Leader/ Head Chef to be able to push forward to gaining accredidations in the future. You would ideally have a successful background of a similar nature and examples of gaininig awards within your previous background. This company are currently pushing all boundaries, and making a fantastic reputation in the area. The sites are high volume and you will be managing a large talented team. High quality A la carte Restaurant experience is a must.
