Electrical Automation Controls Technician (PLC/SCADA) Inverness, Scotland (Relocation Assistance available) £33-35K BASIC, plus on call allowance (circa £4K) plus bonus plus pension plus holidays. Mon-Fri 8am-4pm. Weekend overtime and on-call available. Are you an Electrical Controls Engineer looking for the opportunity for both technical progression and promotion opportunities in the beautiful area of Northern Scotland? The company have a fantastic training program to assist their engineers and a notably friendly work environment. They have low staff turnover and a very stable workforce. The position will be responsible for the safe and efficient utilization of all electrical equipment and plant throughout the factory This will include: Repair of all electrical breakdowns throughout the plant. Installation and commissioning equipment and services as requested. Isolation and de-isolations in accordance with permit to work code of practice. To apply you should have: Electrical engineering background including 17th/18th edition Advanced PLC knowledge essential SCADA Knowledge. The role is paying a basic salary of £30-35K. However after probation there is an on call allowance to add a further £3-5K to this package. The working hours are 8AM-4PM, Monday to Friday, being on call 1 weekend in 4.
