Data Centre Electrical Design Engineer Birmingham, West Midlands. £40k - £60k This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and talented Data Centre Electrical Design Engineer to join an international, multi-discipline engineering team in Birmingham to work on the design of some of the most exciting critical systems/data centre projects in Europe. The right Data Centre Electrical Design Engineer will: Be educated to degree level in Electrical Engineering or be a Chartered Electrical Engineer (CEng equivalent), Have gained substantial experience in an Electrical Engineering role within the power systems field preferably in a data centre/critical systems context (electrical distribution and power generation systems etc.). Have proven experience of detailed co-ordination with other design disciplines Are well-versed in the use of relevant design software including Amtech, ETAPS or SKM power systems analysis software. There is a healthy salary and benefits package on offer - though salaries will depend on any given candidate's experience in the field.
