SaaS – Glasgow – £26,000 We are looking for an Application Support Specialist to join an expanding software house to support their after sales support team. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding and prestigious SaaS organisation and receive full training in their intuitive and complex software solution. You must have some helpdesk / application support experience. Key skills: · Helpdesk Support and / or Application Support · Resolve any troubleshooting · Excellent Customer Service · Working to SLA’s · SQL Queries / Reports · Team player · ITIL processes · Computer science degree is beneficial There is training and progression available.
