The Role - IT Field Service Engineer (Radiotheraphy Healthcare Systems) Following continued growth this market-leading organisation now seeks to recruit a customer focused IT Field Service Engineer. In this rewarding role the successful applicant will be responsible for managing customer relationships and resolving all Windows, SQL, VMware and connectivity technical support issues with key healthcare oncology and medical radiotherapy customers, ensuring that customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained. Your Background - IT Field Service Engineer (Radiotheraphy Healthcare Systems) To succeed in this exciting role you will ideally have a Microsoft products technical qualification or an ONC, HNC, HND or a degree in Computer Sciences and have experience working in an IT technical support or IT field service role. Your should be familiar working with most of the following technologies: database management, SQL, VMWare, Windows Server, Citrix products, information management software, connectivity issues, networks, IT security and IT hardware. Any experience of laboratory workflow, hospital workflow, LIS-HIS connection, healthcare messaging protocols, PACS or LIMS would be advantageous, but is not essential as full product training will be provided.
