Debt Recovery Solicitor / Legal Executive

My Kent based client require a debt recovery lawyer (solicitor or legal executive) to join them ASAP on a 12 month FTC. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in a solicitors' firm dealing with litigation matters. Consumer credit litigation desirable and Financial services experience is desirable not essential. You will supervise colleagues in relation to debt recovery litigation and assist with the firm's operational and compliance activities. You will have exceptional negotiating skills and influencing skills, be able to work using your own initiative in proactive and dynamic way. And have the ability to give clear and pragmatic advice and appropriate coaching to junior colleagues where required.
