Qualtech Resourcing provide Recruitment and Human Resource solutions to the UK’s Engineering, Technical, Manufacturing, & Commercial markets. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Admin Assistant / Trainee Account Manager to work with our operations and payroll team. Please note training will be provided for this role. Your duties will include, All administration work attached to the Operations & Payroll team. Compliance and interviewing of candidates. Sending time sheet. Meeting & greeting candidates. Inputting data on to our CRM system. Updating applications & availability lists. Collating workers hours & updating plans. Answering telephone calls & transferring calls. Customer Service with clients. Finding and sourcing of CV's. Assistance with compliance checks Assistance with inductions Skills Required: Good customer service/ people skills including good telephone manner. Good computer and IT skills. Ability to cope under pressure. Attention to detail. Flexible with working hours.
