Overview

SAP S/4 HANA Technical Solution Architects are required to help lead and drive the growth in SAP S4 HANA over coming years for leading SAP Partner firm. There is a new war on talent around SAP S4 HANA specialists and we are looking to engage with exceptional talent in SAP S4 HANA to discuss either Director or Partner level opportunities. We are currently looking for innovative SAP S/4 HANA Technical Solution Architects who will be involved in PreSales activities around S4/HANA large CIRCA €100m bids across Europe. The SAP S4 HANA Solution Lead will know enough about S4 Core and must be thought leader, networked and regarded in the SAP marketplace. The individual should also be agile in their mindset having worked in Consulting Professional Services over their SAP career. SAP S4 HANA Solution Architect should have experience of being SAP S/4 HANA Technical Solution leads on SAP projects and sales exceeding £20m for FTSE 500 SAP customers. The SAP S4 HANA Technical Solution Architect would know about whether a solution would work for the customer, as a Technical Architect they would be overseeing complete SAP S4 and SCP solutions. The role is mainly about the sale and delivery of the technical solution, working with a team of senior EM’s, technical architects and sales delivery people. The engagements are typically long transformation programmes and the customer would expect ongoing involvement so needs to be aware of what SAP are doing and solutions they are developing. Over the next few years, it is expected that the value and volume of S/4 work will increase rapidly, on projects in Europe and it is expected to reach over €30bn revenues. At Director grade there is progression path to Partner Executive level positions and the SAP S4 HANA Technical Solution Architect will work over Europe in 2020 and beyond. Our clients have exceeded targets for SAP S/4 HANA deals that they were pursuing and have been growing exponentially. These types of programmes are not to do with the SAP deadline of maintenance support for ECC but is about overall Digital business transformation programmes and savings for the customer enabled by what SAP S4 HANA offers. It is preferred that the SAP S/4 HANA Technical Solution Architect will have Consulting experience and worked at the coal face of SAP S4 innovations and be aware of where the SAP solutions are going. Individuals will be considered from X-Sectors. However, the current customers generally span; Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer Products and Energy/Utilities sectors currently.
