Overview
We have a unique opportunity to transform healthcare We are looking an exceptional candidate to drive our business forward. Our vision is to digitally transform the healthcare and seeking a person that can harness the IT solutions we have to optimise and enhance our ways of working. We require a candidate who is a logical thinker can to maximise revenue, understands data and how this improves the productivity for the organisation. Be able to work with the CEO and operations manager and forecast growth and risks. They need to be a natural leader a good communicator ad have a growth mind set. Our Core Values are - Innovation, Education, Teamwork and Respect Person specification Finance and Budget management i. Xero experience is desirable. Some accounting software essential Revenue Management i. Maximising ii. Using EMIS to check processes of income generation iii. Improving and simplifying process efficiencies iv. Understanding the cost of allocation of resources to each income stream (eg. Personnel, consumables) IT Solutions i. EMIS ideally or if not experience of extracting data from databases/CRM’s ii. Logical search capability iii. Excel expert eg. Manipulation and application of data, report generation, Gant charts, pivot tables and charts iv. Weekly/Monthly status reports. Work closely with Operations manager and/or CEO Passionate about integrating technology with a view to continuous improvement Strategic Thinker Project Management experience desirable
