Job Title : Domiciliary Care Manager Location : Swansea Salary : Negotiable Type : Full-Time Reference : KPSCM0320 Job Description Kare Plus Swansea are currently recruiting for an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to lead & manage our full range of Home / Domiciliary Care Services across Swansea & surrounding areas. Our aim is to enable our clients to remain in their own homes by providing the highest standard of support and care required to help them achieve maximum independence whilst maintaining their self-respect and dignity. Main Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited too; Manage the activities of our Home Care Team ensuring that the needs of clients within each of their designated areas are met. Maintain professional working relationships with all personnel to ensure that the Home Care staff work as an effective team. Offer leadership, support and guidance to all Home Care staff. Plan and run local level recruitment campaigns, in consultation with the Recruitment Team, making best use of local knowledge and resources to ensure an increasing staffing pool. Be responsible for ensuring that all care workers are provided with mandatory training and specialist training required for them to undertake working assignments and met Social Care Wales registration. Ensuring that all client needs are assessed and met in a professional manner. Ideally, the successful applicant will have; Experience within the Domiciliary sector at management level. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services or other relevant qualifications. Excellent understanding of all CIW and SCW regulations. Dedicated individual with strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Exceptional organisational, time management and prioritisation skills.
