Overview
Our Client in the Swansea area are looking to recruit domiciliary care workers to provided people who still live in their own homes additional support with household tasks, personal care or any other activity that allows them to maintain their independence and quality of life. To carry out care in accordance with a client care plan – to work constantly with in the team. Assisting with bathing, bed bathing, showering and general assistance with personal care. Assistance with dressing and undressing, routine – Personal care Assisting with or the preparation of meals and snacks, supporting clients with the consumption of meals where required. To assist clients with toileting, emptying of commodes, changing and disposal of incontinence pads. To monitor and observe client’s health, safety and welfare. Reporting and recording any changes or matter’s of concern. Updated pass system daily documents. To encourage and promote independence, developing life skills, listening and motivating.
