Overview

Currently entering a period of business change and modernisation, this leading employer is looking to add to its team with the appointment of an Infrastructure Engineer. This organisation has recently signed off on a number of projects to bring its IT systems in line with its exacting standards as well as drive forward to market leading standards. This role is critical in that success. The role will also be responsible for Installation or removal of hardware and/or software, using supplied installation instructions and tools; following agreed standards, including those for electrical work. The role will also involve investigating potential and actual service problems and recommending solutions. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in some of the following: Experience with Active Directory Experience of backup recovery tools (Veeam, Veritas Netbackup etc.) Experience with virtualisation and virtual servers (VMware, Hyper-V) Experience in Windows & application Deployment tools (MDT, SCCM etc.) An understanding of Cloud technologies (Office 365, Azure) DV Cleared or Eligible for DV clearance
