Recruitment Consultant - Language Speaker Required AMAZING OPPORTUNITY AS A RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT This Executive Search firm was founded in 2010, specialises in the Finance sector and has grown to nearly 80 employees already. They recruit into roles in the UK and US and are on the lookout for a new recruit with Language skills to work international markets. Research is fundamentally a huge part of the role, their clients rely on their ability to bring knowledge of their company and markets as well as insights to the candidates they work with. The main markets will include: UK, Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland, Austria & Italy. Recruitment Consultant - The ideal candidate will have: - 2:1 degree (or above) - Fluent in French or German - A strong work ethic and a drive to be successful - Worked alongside their studies - A positive, articulate, charismatic personality - Excellent research skills, verbally and written - Self-motivated, able to work autonomously This firm offer an excellent training and development academy which includes: - An induction programme - An introduction to Financial Services - Monthly training sessions - A supportive environment - Training from your manager and training manager - 1-1 personal development meetings - Earn commission from Day 1 Previous experience in financial services is advantageous but not essential.
