Overview
An exciting opportunity for a temporary credit controller to join a growing finance team for a well established business based in Wythenshawe. You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients where you will work towards minimising the overall debt while at the same time offer a high level of customer to service to clients. Client Details My client is a well established business based in Wythenshawe who are looking for a motivated credit controller to join their vibrant and supportive team, this role will suit someone from a high volume collections background. Description The role of the credit controller will include but not limited to: Chasing customers payments by telephone and by email Processing customers payments Carrying out customer financial statements to determine customer affordability Reconciliation and cash postings Promptly resolving customer account or invoice disputes Overall ledger management Offering a high level of customer services Profile The successful candidate will have the following : Previous credit control experience - Essential Experience of using Oracle - Essential Strong level of customer service - Essential Excellent communication skills - Essential Experience of managing your own portfolio of clients - Essential Strong IT skills including excel - Essential Ability to manage and prioritise own workload - Essential Tenacious and positive attitude - Essential Job Offer On offer for the successful candidate is a salary between £21,000 to £23,000
