Overview
Nelson Permanent Placements are currently recruiting for their client who are a leading Telecommunications Company based in the Midlands. Our client are a progressive global business who have witnesses significant growth over the past 20 years and are now looking for an additional member for their field team. To be considered for this role you will need to have a minimum of 3 years’ experience installing, maintaining and commissioning telecommunications equipment. The successful candidate will be installing PBX systems within SME business and therefore not only are we looking to speak to technical minded people but individuals who is confident and has excellent communication skills. You will be installing NEC SL2100 and SV9100 telephone systems, and Gamma Cloud UC based telephone systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with NEC and Gamma Cloud Package Salary £24k - £26.5k DOE OT Available paid at 1 1/2 Company car (including fuel card, not taxable), mobile and laptop provided Full Training programme 20 Days holiday plus public holidays Responsibilities - Installation and Commissioning (NEC & Gamma Cloud PBX) 3-5 days a week - Maintenance (Varied PBX Types, mainly Samsung, NEC, Gamma Cloud) - Remote Diagnostics - Technical Support - Faults - Moves, Adds and Changes - Structured Cabling - Wireless LAN - Provide the highest quality and professional cabling installations - Work in line to work schedule and customer expectations at all times - Ensure that the customers' needs are met. - Assess site and project to ensure all information is correct - Complete paperwork accurately - Providing a courteous and professional service at all times - To support other areas of the business where necessary - To carry out duties in accordance with the company's policies How to apply: Please send your CV to the email address detailed below.
