Tech Lead Salary: £80,000 Bonus A Private Equity-backed financial software provider is looking for a Tech Lead to join team after receiving their latest round of investment. They are the leading software solution provider for established banks, challenger banks and niche providers across 50 industries within Europe. You will be leading a new team who will collaborate with clients through the project life cycle. You will be tasked with designing end to end technical solutions, documenting/testing of the technical solution, supporting the client through delivery and managing a team of on and offshore developers.
