Overview
Working for a global manufacturer of industrial and commercial motion sensors, currently require a Field Sales Engineer to continue to grow active accounts whilst also attracting new business. They will proactively work with clients from multiple industries including FMCG, Automotive & Logistics and Distribution. This role is specific for someone who has strong knowledge of field buss systems such as CAN and Ethernet. Commutable from: Liverpool, Manchester, Stoke-on-Trent, Leeds, Preston Salary: £ 45,000 - £48,000 p.a. Uncapped Commission Company Car Benefits The Role The successful Field Sales Engineer will implement an active strategy to increase the customer base through varied business development techniques. They will look to engage with customers who are interested in Industry 4.0 type manufacturing. They will grow the mobile part of the business which is has specific growth targets over the next 5 years. The Person The successful Field Sales Engineer will ideally be educated to degree level in electronic engineering or similar. They will have sound knowledge of PLCs and be confident with field bus systems such as CAN and Ethernet. 3 years in a similar field service or technical sales role is essential.
