Location: Southampton, Hampshire Salary: £24214 - £37267 Description: A brilliant opportunity has arisen for experienced mental health nurses to work within a specialist, secure mental health CAMHS inpatient unit. This is a purpose built psychiatric hospital for young people, set in a tranquil, rural setting close to the New Forest. As a Registered Nurse/Charge Nurse (RMN/RNLD/RSCN) you will be working with young people aged 12 to 18 who have been detained under the Mental Health Act. Your role is to provide effective nursing care to young patients suffering with mental health difficulties such as psychosis, development disorders and emotional instabilities. This hospital has a range of state-of-the art facilities to aid interventions offered to address emotional, behavioural, mental health and forensic needs of young people. Person Specification: To succeed as a Registered Nurse/Charge Nurse (RMN/RNLD/RSCN) you must have RMN/RNLD/RSCN NMC registration.
