About the role: They are looking to recruit a Registered Nurse- (RGN or RMN or RNLD) to do the following role: Registered Nurse- (RGN or RMN or RNLD) will access, plan, deliver and evaluate a high personalized standard of care which meets the individual needs of Service Users and the high standard of care expected by this Care Home. Registered Nurse- (RGN or RMN or RNLD) will be responsible for the total care of all the residents on your section. Registered Nurse- (RGN or RMN or RNLD) will formulate, implement and regularly maintain nursing care plans, providing the highest level of personal care and attention to the residents. Administering the medication, ability to manage, organise and mentor the care staff. Ability to manage, supervise and mentor the care team.
