I am seeking credible sales professionals that are seeking a new challenge, a new therapy area or perhaps eager to work for a large and global healthcare player to join them as a Territory Manager for the North East/Yorkshire of the UK. The role On behalf of a global medical device and instrument business within the healthcare industry, I am seeking all levels of sales individuals to be responsible for the Repairs portfolio of the business across the North East/Yorkshire. Within this, you will have the opportunity to interact with medical personnel, surgeons and clinicians, demonstrate, deliver and sell a range of repairs and surgical instrument products and help grow the market share for the business in your region. To be successful with your application, you must live within the North East/Yorkshire, ideally located in the Sheffield, Leeds, Doncaster regions. The requirements You will live within the assigned territory, but aside from this you will have: • Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated track record of sales, business development, account management, relationship management, account development within a demanding and complex environment - Ideally with a background or understanding within the Medical Device services or Healthcare Industry. • Able to consciously drive sales and commercial conversations across multiple buying audiences within private and NHS trusts in the region • An understanding of the sales process and how to approach objections and overcome them • Ability to build and sustain long-lasting Customer and prospect relationships; • A team player with the ability to work toward a ‘one team’ mentality • High levels of energy and commitment to the role and business and tenacious in nature to go the extra mile when needed; • A Customer-centric mindset and approach; values and outcomes orientated with high levels of integrity; This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career within a dominant medical brand and within an innovative range of products.
