Overview
There is a huge volume of recruitment to deliver - mainly in enterprise sales, technology and capital markets. This vacancy is hands-on, operational delivery and truly 360. You must be able to go to market directly and take this brand to market in a positive wat, as well as consult with leading search firms. You will have to assess and interview talent, support hiring managers to broaden their teams and manage candidate engagement through to offer stage and beyond. You will be a methodical recruiter who has the ability to work at pace in a competitive market. And yes, you'll be working at home - this is a very strange time so if you're already a proven interim, my client will feel secure that you know how to go into a team and immediately operate.
