Working on a 12-14 month maternity cover, based in Leeds. Client Details Working for a small to medium business, you will directly manage and support the end-to-end HR offering to the organisation, acting as the main point of contact and expert for managers and employees alike. Description Your main responsibilities as the HR & Office Manager will be but not limited to- Will have experience working in a finance role Have demonstrable experience in - ER Recruitment Employee engagement and organisational design Working knowledge of current UK employment law Experience working with executive management Experience managing a small team Profile CIPD qualified Worked in HR for a minimum of 5 years Have experience with stake holders Have a hands on approach Job Offer Working for a leading professional business.
