Overview
Our Bristol city centre based client is looking for a Technical Associate to join their expanding team. Role overview We are looking for a Technical Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong presentation skills, and a strong pension technical background. They will also be working towards or hold a level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent. Key responsibilities Provide pension technical support to the pension teams Respond to client queries Stay up to date with HMRC legislation Help with training new and existing staff on a regular basis Complete HMRC required administration - statements etc. Liaise with Marketing to produce technical bulletins and newsletters for our client subscriptions Provide support to Business Partners when needed Liaise with Compliance on any technical request Complete audit checks on monthly claims which are completed by the Finance team, before they are issued to the HMRC Internal auditing of administrative tasks to ensure compliance with HMRC legislation, FCA rules and company SLAs Any other tasks expected by your line manager Skills and experience 2 year experience in related field Technical pension experience is a must Working towards or hold a level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Ability to work to tight deadlines Ability to manage time and workload effectively Problem solving skills Strong attention to details Drive to achieve results To apply please hit apply or email
