Overview
Are you available immediately? Are you looking to join a lovely team? Do you love talking to people? Then this is a great role for you Our client is a charity group, with a media station and they are looking for people to join their team on a week’s basis to help answer calls. The role will involve handling all inbound calls from customers who are looking to donate to the charity. The call will involve having a conversation with these supporters about the work the charity does, to take payment over the phone, and to thank them for their support. If you are a confident communicator, or just really enjoy talking to people this is a lovely role for you You do not need to have done something similar before, but if you have some form of customer service experience then this is a great opportunity for you. They are looking for people to join their team as of next week, on a week’s temporary basis in order to help manage the influx of calls.
