My client is a leading supplier of statistical analysis and data to several blue chip clients in specialist industries based in Warrington. Client Details My client is a leading supplier of statistical analysis and data to several blue chip clients in specialist industries. They have recently turned over in excess of £25m and have over 30 loyal employees, the role has come about due to growth and they are now looking for a seasoned Credit Control Executive to join their finance function. Description The Credit Control Executive will be responsible for; Managing a credit control function of 3 staff to ensure the timely collection of outstanding debt Making sure that controls and processes are in place to help support business growth strategy Credit risk assessment of new and existing customers, and identifying potential issues with risk and/or compliance Ensuring all KPIs are met (cash collection, overdue debt, query resolutions days, number of queries, debtor days) Ensuring the accurate maintenance of accounts receivable function and help optimise cash flow Developing robust query resolution procedures in order to ensure all claims are resolved promptly Working proactively on improving and implementing new procedures to help automate processes to allow for a more efficient department Profile To be considered for this role, the successful Credit Control Executive: ICM qualified (highly desirable) Will have previous experience of managing large credit teams with an international ledger Will have a track record of adding value and demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset Must have a strong personality with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude Must be a great people person and able to work with a diverse customer portfolio Job Offer We will offer the applicant for Credit Control Executive: Excellent salary up to £30,000 Company bonus scheme Free on site parking Role offering valuable experience with scope for progression Good holiday allowance
