Overview
Credit Controller - Temp to Perm (definite view of perm) Start Date: Beginning of April Salary: £22,500 (neg DOE) Debtors Assist with Credit Control (either phone, email or letter) - ensuring comments are updated regularly and added to Customer accounts Investigate and resolve customer queries & chase up outstanding backup to ensure prompt payment. Escalate problem "debtors" to Senior Finance Team. Review AR ageing to ensure compliance. Production of monthly aged debt report with commentary Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records. Perform monthly account reconciliations/and Statements. Invoicing Generate and send out all sales invoices. Ensure all Sub Ledger transactions are transferred in a timely manner to the General Ledger. Assist with reconciliation between sub-ledgers and general ledger. Liaise with IM team for outstanding data ensuring available at agreed deadline. Set up new Customer accounts. Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines. Raise any Ad Hoc invoices as and when requested. Ledgers Post & allocate cash receipts to ledgers. Prepare weekly Bank deposit. Weekly Bank reconciliations. To apply for the role, please attach your CV and it will come straight through for review.
