Overview
Greystone Partners are working with a large organisation based in Doncaster. They are currently seeking a finance assitant to join the business to cover a period of maternity of 12 months. Although no guarentees there is potential for business growth and for the role to become permanent following the period of cover. Overview of the role: To play a key support role in the production monthly distribution revenue, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Provide additional revenue analysis to key stakeholders and senior staff in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain excellent financial controllers via monthly balance sheet reconciliations and provide a support during annual audits Key Responsibilities: Taking control of Bank Reconciliations and the corresponding Client Balance Sheets System postings and oversee Reporting on weekly Cash Flow Income transfers Credit control Payment reconciliations Reporting on team SLA’s Reviewing the teams Bank Reconciliations and Balance Sheets Reporting on aged Debtors and Creditors Assisting with monthly Revenue Accruals Audit Support Company Benefits: Competitive salary Generous holiday allowance Life Insurance Westfield Health Cash Plan Enhanced Company Pension Retail Discounts Please apply in confidence
