THE OPPORTUNITY: This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established finance business on an immediate basis as an assistant accountant. My client is seeking an enthusiastic, organised and attentive individual to fit within their growing finance team, who is pro-active, positive and would work both as part of a team and on their own. THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Supplier Queries Accruals Recharges Payroll Reconciliation Assisting with month end procedures including reconciliations, management reports etc as part of a team Preparation of monthly payment runs Accurately recording and maintaining transactions on the accounting system EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: Willingness to learn AAT or Part Qualified Opportunity for study support Competent using Microsoft Excel BENEFITS: Long term initial temporary role Car Parking Study Support Competitive pay £11.00-£13.50 per hour Macildowie is a specialist recruitment consultancy with a rich history of enhancing the careers of professionals across the Midlands and the Northern Home Counties.
