Do you thrive in a fast paced and creative environment? Are you a bi-lingual Senior HRBP with exceptionally strong European employment law experience? We are partnering with a client centric creative agency operating on a global scale and they have an opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner to join the business in a newly created European role. Following positive transformation the HR agenda is packed full of projects to embed and an opportunity to build HR practices and infrastructure that can be rolled out globally. Operating in a high performing and ever changing landscape you will need to build excellent stakeholder relationships across multiple European markets and offices. A second European language, preferably German is essential to the success of this role. Your key remit will be to partner a complex client group of x 250 and coach managers on ER challenges. Confident leading on ER in France, Germany and wider markets, you will drive the HR agenda forward. With a team of 2 across locations, you will manage and develop capability, upskilling and advising to support their career growth. This commercial business thrives on data and there is huge scope for a data driven HR professional to implement positive change. Successful candidates will be CIPD qualified, bring proven European HR experience and be fluent in a second European language. You’ll be a proven influencer and relationship builder who brings solid HRBP experience and has a strength in ER and European employment law and available to travel on a monthly basis.
