Overview

Due to expansion, our client based in Kenilworth is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their Team. You will need to have excellent administration and organisational skills. The hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 - 5.00pm. Ideally you will be available for a quick start. Principle Responsibilities: Processing documents for the Admin Department Receiving emails and responding where possible or referring on Chasing information required for files Carrying out checks on documents Scanning, printing & packaging Generating basic documents Opening trust bank accounts General office administration - inputting data Using the company’s in-house systems to log information accurately Skills and Experience required: Good attention to detail Strong communication skills both verbal and written A quick learner and team player Enthusiastic and conscientious Good IT skills (MS Outlook and Word and a basic knowledge of Excel) This role would suit someone who has previously worked in a similar environment.
