Overview

Our client is looking for an ICT Support Specialist to join them on a 6 month rolling contract to start asap. In this role you will be providing 1st and 2nd line helpdesk support to all users, and resolving issues in a timely manner. Other duties will include Daily management and response to calls logged, providing telephone support to all users, build new PC's, manage and support the use of company mobiles, upgrade/ migrate software products and manage patch cabling systems end to end. The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in an IT support / helpdesk role. Strong working knowledge of all MS Office / desktop products /active directory. working knowledge of Cable patching systems,and technical understanding of IP telephony, Patch Panel, LANS and Wifi. You will need to be proactive, able to work under pressure and have strong communication skills.
