Overview
Telephone Collector Harrow, Middlesex £23,000 Bonus Pension A bright and enthusiastic person is required for this Telephone Collector role, strong telephone skills and a determined personality is needed for this position. Some of your duties will include: - Administering the recovery of bad debts on behalf of blue chip clients - Telephoning and writing to debtors in order to collect monies owed - Managing payments received by debit/credit card and recording on system - Dealing with incoming calls from debtors wanting to arrange payment schedules - Co-ordinating repayment plans to debtors and ensuring they are adhered to - Building a relationship with debtors in order to understand their situation Regrettably, we are not able to respond to job applicants who are not shortlisted.
