Your role will include: Managing and overseeing the firm’s busy support team; Manage operational changes within the team; Working closely with the firm’s Practice Management Team to ensure our people are fully supported; Setting up and executing good training practice for the team; Creating and managing the administrative policies to ensure that the office runs efficiently on a day to day basis. You will ideally have previous experience managing a Front of House team (relevant experience within a law firm or professional services is preferable, but not essential); have excellent organisational, leadership and management skills. You must have first class customer service skills and the ability to work under pressure, along with a proactive approach and a can-do attitude; have good social skills and personal presentation and a high standard of written and verbal communication with good attention to detail; have the ability to work towards short deadlines; have the ability to problem solve; have excellent communication skills, be an exceptional team player, enthusiastic, motivated, hard working. Your hours will be flexible between the core period of 7.45am-7pm (on a rota basis), with occasional weekend work.
