Overview
Who we are BPP is a global education provider delivering apprenticeships, professional qualifications, degree courses and professional development programmes. At BPP, we work closely with employers and professional bodies to make our learning as real world, relevant and future facing as possible. We do it for the biggest names and we do it in specialist areas. That includes law, accountancy, financial services, nursing, technology and more. And it covers a range of qualifications to develop careers at every stage and every level of development. Working at BPP, you are joining a community of committed, passionate and self-determined people. As a business, and in our individual teams, we support each other, encourage new ideas and aim for excellence in all that we do. What you’ll do Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service to our students, you will be the first point of contact for all programme and study queries. Working as part of a dedicated student support team, you will liaise closely with students, clients and key stakeholders to respond to queries, provide updates and ensure key operational milestones are met for each cohort and programme. You will ensure our learners have access to the resources they need - whether this is timetables, webinars, safeguarding support or library facilities. You will also monitor student attendance, following up with any students whose attendance may have dropped with the appropriate action. Role requirements With proven, significant detail-focused experience in a fast-paced, customer service environment, the successful candidate will be adept at working in a methodical way in line with standard processes and SLAs. Committed to improving customer satisfaction, you will put the student experience at the heart of everything you do and will enjoy collaborating with other members of the team to ensure a consistent, high level of service delivery. You must be able to consistently work to a high degree of accuracy and possess good attention to detail. You must also be capable of organising, time-managing and taking ownership of your workload. As this role is part of a busy team, the ability to work and collaborate with others is key, sharing knowledge/advice with colleagues and assisting others where appropriate. The successful candidate will also be a clear, professional communicator both verbally and in writing. What we offer BPP exists to help people make the most of their talents - just ask the students who study with us every year. We aim to have an equally positive impact on our employees' careers by providing the culture, career development opportunities and extra benefits to inspire you personally and professionally. BPP invests heavily in your career development - you will have free access to all of BPP's courses - from gaining an ACCA accountancy qualification, in-house leadership and management training or wide range of personal and professional development opportunities to a Graduate Diploma in Law, you can take your career in any direction you like. Add to this a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days’ holiday, private medical insurance, life assurance, group personal pension plan and the cycle to work scheme, and you’ll find the BPP Professional Education Group a great company to work for.
