Overview

The primary role of the Customer Service Manager is to actively lead and support the team whilst ensuring the business delivers the best possible service. Client Details Our client are a family run business who supply fresh produce to many businesses across the UK. Description The key responsibilities are: Managing the Customer Service team i.e. performance, absences, disciplinary reviews and appraisals Liaising with other departments within the business to improve customer experience Conducting investigations on errors and reports Handling complaints and complex queries Processing customer orders Profile The successful candidate has: Proven leadership skills Experience in managing a customer service team Excellent IT skills including Excel The ability to prioritise their work load and be extremely organised Meticulous attention to detail Previous experience in fresh produce (preferred but not necessary) Job Offer Competitive salary package
