Overview
Customer Service and Sales Advisor Aylesford £20,000 - £25,000 Full-Time Permanent Immediate start Our Client is seeking an experienced Customer Service and Sales advisor to be located at their office in Ayesford. • Process all incoming sample requests. Working with our logistics manager to ensure that samples are sent out as soon as possible and tracking their delivery and following up with customers to ensure that they have received them • Providing accurate product pricing to customers • Updating Pipedrive to ensure that it reflects the most up to date current and upcoming project information (Pipedrive is an inhouse software programme which tracks projects, sales team’s appointments and follow ups etc) • Dealing with customers on the telephone - helping with enquiries and providing pre-sales assistance • Dealing with a wide range of customers - builders, flooring contractors, architects and designers Personal Qualities • A happy and confident disposition • Representing and promoting Quadrant positively to our customers is very important • A sales approach to business • Previous customer service experience is essential Working hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday Holiday entitlement is 25 working days’ paid holiday (excluding bank holidays) in each year (4-5 days to be taken over the Christmas period). The Company’s holiday year runs from 1 January to 31 December.
